On Oct. 22, 2015, the U.S. Department of Labor issued Interpretive Bulletin 2015-01 to provide guidance to ERISA fiduciaries “when considering economically targeted investments (ETIs) and investment strategies that take into account environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors.” In this article, SRZ partner Mark E.
