Extraterritorial Regulatory and Criminal Enforcement

SRZ attorneys co-authored the “Extraterritorial Regulatory and Criminal Enforcement” chapter for The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Business Crime 2018. The chapter describes the international law principles that have traditionally limited enforcement to matters closely tied to a state’s territory, explains how changes in that law are challenging those norms, and discusses how companies can understand and adapt to emerging regimes.
