Nicholas is a member of the Investment Management and Regulatory Compliance Group.

Prior to joining Schulte, Nick worked as a fall scholar at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in their Division of Investment Management's Rulemaking Office. During law school, he was a legal intern at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General's Securities Fraud Protection Section. Prior to law school, he was a contract administrator at BAE Systems and a researcher for the International Financial Law Review at Euromoney Institutional Investor in New York.
