Advises on plaintiff and defendant-side complex patent litigation spanning a range of technologies, including mobile devices, wireless networking, databases and data storage, user interfaces, and video streaming.

Robert has experience with matters in the US district courts, including both jury and bench trials, as well as with appeals before the Federal Circuit.  He has litigated against or on behalf of a variety of Fortune 500 companies in high stakes matters.

Robert also counsels on a variety of other intellectual property matters, including USITC matters and design patent litigation. He routinely leverages his background as a design engineer and project manager in advising clients on litigation and licensing strategies. 

While in law school, Robert was a chair of the Moot Court Board.
