Adam B. Gartner focuses his practice on executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Adam advises clients on the executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, as well as day-to-day issues involving compliance with state, federal and municipal laws; hiring and termination of employment; and drafting and negotiating employment and separation agreements.
