Alex Wharton's practice focuses on representing public and private companies and their executives in securities litigation, white collar criminal matters, and government and internal investigations in the United States and abroad. Alex frequently represents clients appearing before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. He rejoined the firm in 2019 following a federal clerkship.
