Alexander Kim is a partner whose practice focuses on all matters relating to intellectual property/technology-related transactions, providing advice and counsel on privacy, data protection and cybersecurity-related matters.

Drawing upon more than 20 years of experience, he advises leading public and private companies, funds, investors and financial institutions on issues relating to intellectual property, privacy, data protection and cybersecurity that may arise in the context of acquisitions/divestitures, investments, public offerings, collaborations, joint ventures, research and development, licensing and other technology-related transactions, as well as counseling clients on strategic intellectual property, privacy, data protection and cybersecurity matters. He has broad experience across a wide spectrum of industries and technologies, including those in the fields of information technology, software, hardware, life sciences, insurance, financial services, information and data services, and retail services.
