Atul Joshi’s practice focuses on derivatives and custody agreements, including prime brokerage, ISDA master agreements and confirms, securities lending agreements, repurchase agreements, futures and options agreements, and triparty agreements, among others. He also advises clients on derivatives regulatory issues and related matters.
