Conrad Axelrod focuses on the formation and structuring of private equity and alternative investment funds, with a particular emphasis on buyout, real estate, credit and infrastructure funds. In addition to assisting clients with operational issues and management company structuring, Conrad has extensive experience advising on co-investment transactions in the real estate, international credit and E&P sectors. He has also guided investors and sponsors through secondary portfolio transactions and fund restructuring scenarios.
