Special Counsel
Advises private investment funds and investment advisers in connection with their structuring, formation and ongoing operational needs as well as on regulatory and compliance matters.
Daniel represents large and small, institutional and entrepreneurial, alternative asset managers across the private equity, private credit, real estate and infrastructure and real assets sectors in connection with structuring, fundraising and marketing for new alternative investment funds.
He advises on all aspects of fund formation, including preparation of private placement memoranda and preparation and negotiation of limited partnership agreements, side letters and review of documentation for compliance with SEC regulations.
Daniel also advises clients on bespoke transactions to address unique situations that may arise throughout a fund’s life, such as recapitalization transactions, secondaries, fund restructurings and reorganizations.
