Evan represents both investors and public companies in private and public corporate finance transactions, including private investments in public equity (PIPEs), private placements, initial public offerings, shelf registrations, registered direct transactions, exchange offers and other securities offerings.
In addition, Evan counsels investor clients in the regulatory areas of Sections 13 and 16 and advises public companies with corporate governance, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations and exchange listing and compliance matters.
