Neil S. Begley practices in the areas of business reorganization and distressed debt and claims trading. He serves both buy-side and sell-side as counsel in distressed investing transactions.
Represents private equity firms, investment funds and financial institutions as investors and exiting creditors in distressed acquisitions and corporate restructurings, including advising on loan-to-own strategies, distressed asset sales and DIP financing.
Represents investment funds as buyers and sellers of distressed loans, bankruptcy claims, post-restructuring equity and other distressed investment products.
