Investment Management
Schulte’s core client base is investment fund managers who invest private capital. Since our founding in 1969, we have been an early mover and recognized global leader in the field of private investment funds.
Our clients are among the best and brightest investors in the alternative investment fund industry, and we have built our practice with the goal of meeting their expectations. Our role is most often not only as fund counsel, but as outside general counsel to many aspects of our client's businesses. We are experienced in virtually every legal and regulatory aspect of the alternative investment management business.
