Schulte is advising Priority Technology Holdings in its acquisition of Finxera Holdings, a fintech innovator that launched and operated one of the first Banking as a Service platforms. Once merged, the company will offer clients turn-key merchant services, payment facilitation, card issuing, automated payables, virtual banking and e-wallet tools supported by its top-notch client service, risk management, underwriting and compliance all on one single platform. The deal was announced in March 2021 and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021.
