Backed by Clearlake Capital Group LP, symplr is a leading health care governance, risk and compliance (“GRC”) platform. API is a Wisconsin-based software solutions provider for health care human capital management (“HCM”). The combined company will deliver a fully integrated GRC and HCM software-as-a-service platform.
