Schulte Lawyers Contribute to Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts
March 2017
Schulte partners Julian Wise and Robert Abrahams and associate Barbara Reid authored the “Commercial Real Estate” chapter in the fourth edition of Business and Commercial Litigation in the Federal Courts, published by Thomson Reuters. This leading 14-volume treatise is a step-by-step practice guide that covers every aspect of a commercial case, from the investigation and assessment that take place at the inception, through pleadings, discovery, motions, trial, appeal and enforcement of judgment. With 25 new chapters, this treatise is particularly unique in legal literature, as the authors discuss strategies for representation of plaintiff and defendant within the scope of commercial litigation in the federal courts. The Schulte-authored “Commercial Real Estate” chapter focuses on issues typically encountered in commercial cases, including securities, professional liability and franchising.
