Schulte Roth & Zabel Presents Its 6th Annual Private Equity Fund Conference

Schulte Roth & Zabel (SRZ) is hosting its 6th Annual Private Equity Fund Conference today in New York. The conference will focus on the issues that are top of mind for private equity funds. Specific topics covered at the seminar include: State of the Industry; Liquidity and Winding Up Issues; Litigation Finance; and Regulatory and Tax. The event is by invitation only.
The speakers are SRZ investment management partners Stephanie R. Breslow, Brian T. Daly, Jason S. Kaplan, Phyllis A. Schwartz and Joseph A. Smith, structured finance & derivatives partner Boris Ziser and tax partner Elie Zolty. William P. Farrell, Jr., managing director and general counsel of Longford Capital Management, will be the guest speaker. The panel discussions will cover the current state of market practice, recent developments and emerging trends.
