SRZ Attorneys Author Quarterly Column for HFMWeek

SRZ regulatory & compliance attorney Marc E. Elovitz and former Schulte lawyer Brad L. Caswell are authors of "The Long View," a quarterly column that analyzes the current and emerging issues for private investment funds and compliance professionals. The column is published by HFMWeek. The first column provides an overview of the key pieces of U.S. regulation set to impact private fund managers in 2012. In the second column, the attorneys discuss U.S. regulation beyond Dodd-Frank, including new registration and oversight by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

The changes to the reporting requirements mandated by the amendments to the Form (“Form PF Amendments”) will require substantial preparation by many managers.[1]
