Two Schulte Deals Selected as Finalists for 2017 International M&A Advisor Awards

Two Schulte deals received a total of 11 finalist nominations for the 2017 International M&A Advisor Awards. The annual awards honor the industry dealmakers who have worked on leading transactions and made significant contributions to the global M&A market. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on June 12 in New York City. The deals were nominated in the following categories:
Sale of Nova Technologies by Cerberus Capital Management
- Consumer Discretionary Deal of the Year
- Cross Border Deal of the Year ($25 million to $50 million)
- Private Equity Deal of the Year ($10 million to $50 million)
- Oceana Deal of the Year
- M&A Deal of the Year ($25 million to $50 million)
Marlin Equity Partners’ Acquisition of Teradata Marketing Applications
- Information Technology and Telecom Deal of the Year (Over $75 million)
- Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($50 million to $100 million)
- Cross Border Deal of the Year ($50 million to $100 million)
- Private Equity Deal of the Year ($50 million to $100 million)
- Oceana Deal of the Year
- M&A Deal of the Year ($50 million to $100 million)
