Schulte Lawyers Author Chapter in Successful Partnering Between Inside and Outside Counsel

Special counsel Robert E. Griffin, associate Hannah M. Thibideaux, former Schulte lawyer Adam S. Hoffinger and Lisa A. Prager and Michael Court of Agricultural Bank of China co-authored the “Economic Sanctions” chapter for Successful Partnering Between Inside and Outside Counsel. The chapter discusses the complex U.S. sanctions regime and provides insight on how in-house counsel can best work with outside counsel in setting up operative sanctions compliance programs to respond to potential violations and identify potential sanctions issues that may arise within an institution. It appeared in the 2020 edition of Successful Partnering Between Inside and Outside Counsel, published by Thomson Reuters and Association of Corporate Counsel.
