Shannon B. Wolf
Special Counsel
Focuses on all aspects of regulatory enforcement, white collar criminal defense, internal investigations and related complex civil litigation including securities fraud, insider trading and other business crimes or regulatory violations.
Shannon also counsels clients on compliance matters, from creating and auditing robust, specifically tailored compliance programs, to crafting comprehensive training programs, and implementing corrective measures in instances of compliance deficiencies.
Before joining the firm, Shannon practiced at two national law firms and served as internal investigations counsel for a large defense contractor. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut School of Law where she teaches corporate crime.
